While Author Publication Charges (APCs) may be applied to cover the costs of the publishing process (including peer review management, typesetting, and digital hosting), we offer a transparent waiver policy.

• Waiver Possibility: Authors from low-income or lower-middle-income countries, or those experiencing significant financial hardship, may apply for a full or partial APC waiver. Waiver requests should be submitted during the initial manuscript submission process.

• Editorial Independence: To uphold strict ethical standards, the editorial decision-making process is completely separated from the APC payment or waiver process. Editors and reviewers are blinded to the financial status or waiver requests of the authors, ensuring that manuscripts are accepted or rejected based solely on their scientific merit.

Only the manuscript that is accepted will be charged for publication fees. There is no fee for submission.
